This cap is still available from Dill who is the OE manufacture of the space saver spare tire valve stem cap.  We removed the red rubber seal that it comes with from Dill today and installed a black rubber seal so it looks like a production original. We have compared this cap to production originals Ed Meyer has in his collection and found that it's not exactly the same under a microscope but it’s very very close.
