This decal is considered an exact copy of a shipping label that has been found on original factory installed and early service space saver-spares. The idea is that when BF Goodrich shipped the space-saver spares to the Dearborn warehouse they affixed shipping labels to the tread of several spares on each pallet.

I don't know how many space savers spares were shipped on one pallet but I would guess only a few spares on each pallet received this shipping label.
