We offer 60 day money back guarantee

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept your return for a refund. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition we sent you.

We'll pay for return shipping if the return is a result of our error. Just let us know and we'll provide you with a prepaid shipping label. Please make sure to use the label, as no refunds will be issued for any shipping cost if you decide not to use our shipping label. 

Returns of items ordered in error or Orders that received Free Shipping will be subject to a 15% or 25$ restocking fee whichever is less.

You can return your purchase for up to 60 days from the date your shipment was received.
Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.

60 Day Return Policy Exclusions:
Used parts, NOS parts, electrical parts, ignition coils, headlight bulbs and special orders.  These items can be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Ignition Coil, Wiring Harnesses, Electrical Parts, NOS & Used Parts Warranty

Radios, Ignition coils, Wiring Harnesses, Electrical Parts, NOS and any used part we ship are guaranteed to work when they arrive.  We ask you to inspect and test the these parts when they arrive before the end of the 30 day return policy.  If these parts are damaged in shipping, not in the condition described or just stop working within the 30 day warranty period we will repair, replace or refund your purchase.  Warranty period begins the day the parts arrive at your address.  No returns on these parts after the 30 day return policy ends, no exceptions.

Canceling Orders
You may cancel your order before it enters the shipping process. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note, we try our best to provide you with the quickest service possible. Once your order has transferred to the shipping carrier, we will not be able to cancel it. You may, of course, return any part to us as per our Return Policy, as stated above.


Requesting a Return - Registered Customers:

1) Sign in to your account using your email and password you created when you placed your order.  Forgot your password?  No problem, the login page has a way for you to recover your password if you know what email address you used to create your account.

2) Click "Completed Orders" page

3) Click "Return Items" link for the order you'd like to return items from

4) Complete & submit the New Return Request form

5) You will receive an automated email confirmation of your Return Request. We will send you a detailed return message with your RMA number as well as an address to use for return. Please note the return address may not the same as that used on your package.

6) Returns of items ordered in error or Orders that received Free Shipping will be subject to a 15% or 25$ restocking fee whichever is less.

The waiting is the hardest part. Once your return is delivered to our warehouse our team will process it within 5-7 days. Once that is done we will automatically apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

Requesting a Return - Guest Checkout:

1) Go to the login page and enter the email address you used to place your order (all orders are tied to the email address provided at the time of order regardless of weather or not an account was created)

2) Select Forgot your password? (An email will be sent to the email address used to create a password, and thus gain access to the order history. No credit or credit card information can be accessed via this method.

3) Please follow steps provided for “REQUESTING A RETURN - REGISTERED CUSTOMER” above.

Requesting a Return - Email (slowest option):

1) Send an email to orders@deadnutson.com

2) Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return & the reason for your return in your email.

We apologize, but return requests without this necessary information will be declined.

HELP - MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED. WHAT NEXT?

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please email or call us. In order to be eligible for an exchange, you must notify us of the damage within three days of receiving the order. Please contact Customer Service at customerservice@deadnutson.com or by calling (510) 903-1059 to request an exchange.

HELP - I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM. WHAT NEXT?

Contact Customer Service within 48 hours of receiving your item. We will provide you with a prepaid return label for sending the incorrect item back.
