This questionnaire card accompanied the original paperwork that was provided (upon delivery) to the new owner of a Boss 429. This item is an exact duplicate of what a customer would have received in 1969 & 1970. It even comes with the original, unused .5¢ return stamp.

The last two last pictures are is an original postcard that was filled out but never sent to back to Ford. Ed Meyer found this card in with all the owners original documents. The owner blew up the engine around 700 miles and ended up fighting with Ford to get his S motor replaced with a S motor. Ford wanted to replace it with a T motor. The car ended up being stored untouched until Ed found year a few years back. Thank you Ed for sharing.
