Jack's Comments:
Many people cobble together snorkel parts to make a correct looking snorkel, but few do it right. The manufacture I get these snorkels from does it right. They manufacture a couple of the hard-to-find components and then use original Ford production components to make up the rest. Which results is a near perfect reproduction. Does not come with part number stamp as shown on bottom.
Price and Source Notes:
This snorkel is from the supplier commonly found on eBay. Our price is better when you consider we include free shipping (US ONLY) and no sales tax if not shipped to Pennsylvania.
Honest Paint Finish Notes (please read):
The paint color is near perfect match to Ford Corp Blue but the application is just average and may be cosmetically blemished from shipping/handling. Bottom line, if you're performing a high-level Concours restoration figure on repainting it. You will want to match your air cleaner base paint color so it's a good idea to repaint it anyway.
Paint information:
Ford Corp Dark Blue (Seymour ® HI-TECH EN-56 high-temp spray can).
