This is a perfect reproduction of the battery hold down bracket J-Hooks for the plastic battery hold down bracket. The extra screw is for the bracket that connects the hold down bracket to the apron.
1970-73 battery hold downs J-hooks were longer than the 1965-69 version to accommodate the thicker plastic battery hold down bracket.
