This is an exact copy of the Q-Code (non-ram air) 428 CJ and 428 SCJ air cleaner decal. The 1970 version of this decal also included an engineering number in the lower right corner. 

Quality Notes:
Cheaper versions of this decal are printed on thin printed vinyl. This version is made just like the originals, 3M sticky base, paper middle, thin clear film on top.
There are less expensive decals on the market but only ECS makes them just like the originals.
