The 1969 Boss 302 engine emissions decal was located on the front of the drivers side valve cover by itself or below the engine size decal. The first two pictures show the decal on some older restorations by Armond Dagostini (first picture) and Bob Perkins (second picture). The third picture I found in a 1969 sports car magazine road test article show the emissions decal without the engine size decal. The last picture of a survivor BOSS 302 Bob Perkins has in his collection doesn't have the engine size decal.

Whats right? We can only tell you the emissions location should be on the front of the drivers side valve cover but we cannot tell you for sure if it also had the engine size decal above it. If you have any information on this please contact us.
