Jack's Comments:

This is the short jumper for the engine gauge feed wire harness that was only used on the standard 302 and 351W engines. It connects the engine gauge feed harness to the main harness at the firewall. A flat black plastic strap was used to hold this short jumper in on the firewall (see picture).
