Jack's Comments:

This is the latest Concours reproduction of the high-pressure power steering hose that connects at the back of the pump. The other end connects at the insulator to the hose that feeds the valve body. It has the unique double crimped fittings, correct plating and the C7ZA-3A719-B die-stamped engineering number.

Plating Issues:
The hose crimp fittings zinc dichromate plating may not be perfect. Supplier reports it was an issue when they were plated at the factory and that they cannot do anything about it. I just wanted you to know what to expect before ordering. Not to defend the supplier but I have also seen similar plating issues on many NOS hoses I have installed back when you could get NOS parts.

Concours Notes:
This is the most Concours correct hose available for a 1967 Shelby GT500 but its not 100% correct. This hose looks like the original factory installed hose but its shorter in length per Bob Gains (1967 Shelby Judge). He said originals had the same hard line sections but the hose section was much longer than what was needed to function properly. He also assured me this reproduction will fit and function without any problems even though it's shorter in length. 

Q: What makes this hose not exactly like a production hose?
A: Doesn't have the tiny FoMoCo logo stamped next to the engineering number and the hose section is shorter than an original.
